Horizontal Slat Fence Panel

Horizontal Slat Fence Panel comes in disassembled form and includes: Horizontal Slat Frame Kit and Horizontal Slats:

1. Horizontal Slat Frame Kit includes: Profile Left, Profile Right and Rivets.
2. The Profiles are produced by rolling method from continuous galvanized strip. After stamping (perforation of technological holes) the profiles are separately powder coated in electrostatic field and treated in the curing oven at 200 C  .
3. Horizontal Slats are produced from rectangular galvanized pipes. After stamping (perforation of technological holes) the slats are separately powder coated in electrostatic field and treated in the curing oven at 200 C.
4. The used method of production and assembly excludes metal to metal touch (all elements are disassembled, perforated and then powder coated separately) thus eliminating the possibility of surface corrosion .
5. The fence panel is packed in two boxes: Frame Box and Slat Box. All fence elements are wrapped in stretch film and packed in cardboard boxes to ensure their safety during transport and storage.
